Jazz hands! π Err, wings... jazz wings...
Share with someone who would love Aww, Feathers!
Description
We see a closeup of the female swan as she sternly points a feather across the table and says, "Vivi, this isn't just about what's important to your family. It's important to you!"
She holds up her wings with her feathers splayed and looks exasperated as she says, "It drives me crazy how sexist our culture can be sometimes!"
We see June's face grimace as the swan continues speaking off panel, "Women are pressured to stay out of the workforce, or to choose some demure occupation like childcare or nursing."
Then we cut back to the swan and the alpaca sitting at the table as the swan says, "If you give in, you're not just holding yourself back... You're perpetuating a harmful stereotype!"
Then we see silhouettes of the two talking to each other as June's voiceover says, "I know it shouldn't have, but the conversation I overheard really bothered me."
Meanwhile we see June sitting at her own table behind them with her meal and her CPR paper, looking down sadly as her voiceover continues, "Suddenly I wasn't so sure what to do..."
